Refund policy
Returns/Cancellations
All trading card sales are final. Due to price fluctuations and the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for any orders that have been fulfilled or shipped — no exceptions.
Unfulfilled orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and processing costs.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain product integrity and fair pricing for all collectors.
Imperfections in the shrink wrap or product packaging does not qualify for return or replacement. Product may not be opened or be used to be eligible for a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all refunds unless the product was damaged during shipment.
Any issues related to mispacks, misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the Pokemon Company directly.
Preorders
Products that are preorders may only be canceled if it is within 12 hours of purchase. Once that time frame has expired, we will charge a 25% restocking fee or you may choose to refund the full amount to store credit. Preorders include products that will be shipped in waves. Preorders may be delayed by the manufacture and is out of our control.
We reserve the right to modify, cancel or reduce quantity of all preorders based on allocation and availability from our distributors. Customers with cancelled orders will receive first priority when a restock occurs for said product.
Rip & Ships
Rip & Ship items are opened live on stream. By purchasing a Rip & Ship product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product will be opened live.
- The product will not be shipped sealed.
- You will receive only the opened contents (cards pulled) unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- If you miss the live opening, you can review the stream replay (VOD) to see your opening.
- All Rip & Ship sales are final once opened and returns will not be accepted
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all refunds unless the product was damaged during shipment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kasecollect.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Imperfections in the shrink wrap or product packaging does not qualify for replacement. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kasecollect.com. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs. If purchasing a sealed "case" from us, you (the customer/purchaser) are responsible for all potential quality control issues related to the product. Each case is hand inspected by our staff to ensure that products are received in their most optimal condition. This cannot be done if a sealed case is requested.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect all packages for damages immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly if you feel your order has been damaged in transport. Returns and exchanges for damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Do not open any damaged packages (this includes sealed cases and boxes of trading cards) because it will jeopardize your ability to exchange the item or receive a refund.
Shipping
To return your product, email us first at info@kasecollect.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
