Rip & Ship Policy
What “Rip & Ship” Means
Rip & Ship items are opened live on stream.
By purchasing a Rip & Ship product, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
The product will be opened live.
-
The product will not be shipped sealed.
-
You will receive only the opened contents (cards pulled that are Rare or higher in rarity) unless otherwise stated on the product page.
-
Bulk (Common, Uncommon, Energy & Code Cards) will not be shipped with your order unless specifically requested in the order notes.
If you miss the live opening, you can review the stream replay (VOD) to see your opening.
Order Cancellations
Because Rip & Ship inventory is reserved and opened on a scheduled stream:
-
Cancellations are not allowed
-
Once the Rip & Ship product is opened on stream, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.
If you request a cancellation before the Rip & Ship begins, any payment processing fees that are non-refundable to us may be deducted from your refund (where permitted).
Refunds and Returns
All Rip & Ship sales are final once opened, including (but not limited to) complaints such as:
-
“I wanted it shipped sealed.”
-
“I changed my mind.”
-
“I don’t like the pulls.”
-
“The odds weren’t what I expected.”
We do not accept returns on opened trading card products.

Evidence of Fulfillment
To protect both customers and our business, we document Rip & Ship fulfillment. This may include:
-
The live stream video (and VOD replay) showing your order being opened
-
Internal order logs (order number, timestamp, stream queue notes)
-
Packing verification and shipping records (weight scans, tracking, drop-off receipts)
By purchasing Rip & Ship items, you agree that these records may be used to verify fulfillment and resolve disputes.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first and we will help. Filing a chargeback for a Rip & Ship order that was opened on stream is considered a payment dispute on a completed service / final sale item.
We will respond to chargebacks with documentation including:
-
Proof the Rip & Ship policy was presented at purchase
-
Video evidence (VOD) showing the opening
-
Tracking and delivery confirmation (when applicable)
If a chargeback is filed after the product has been opened on stream, we may restrict future purchases.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
-
Providing a correct shipping address
-
Ensuring they understand the Rip & Ship format (opened live; not shipped sealed)
- Having their Twitch Username in the Order Notes
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery may require additional postage to reship.
